| Woodworking gives everyone a chance to be creative and to learn new skills. In our
woodshop we make
both custom furniture and craft work for sale here and at fairs. |
 |
Our woodshop is tailored to the needs of the people who
participate. A safe and
non-competitive learning environment has enabled people to design, measure, cut, sand,
join and finish. Always an encouraging team, the woodworkers complete quality products with the care and participation of
different people. |
 |
We now produce school furniture, designed and made here from solid maple
(also available in ash, oak). We have
supplied both
Springhill Waldorf School in Minnesota and The Minnesota Waldorf School in Roseville, MN.

 |
Our custom furniture
is
made, to last, of
locally grown hardwoods. Wood is a natural and renewable resource whose grain and hue
brings a
liveliness and warmth to each final creation so not only is the finished product
beautiful, it is beautiful to
form and shape. Hand painting water color puzzles and stenciling gives another valuable
experience of
color, design and delicate activity. Selling our products supports our
programs. It is also a good opportunity for the public to recognize the
hidden gifts and abilities of those with developmental challenges. |
 |
Our uniquely designed , hand sanded and hand painted puzzles are also sold direct from the community, in local craft stores in Osceola and
St. Croix Falls, We also wholesale to outlets in California, New York,
Massachusetts, and Florida as well as our own catalogue. |
