Our certified kitchen is a bright sunny place. We make nine different varieties of bread including sour dough, wheat and dairy free cookies and muffins and special order cakes. Cookies, bread, wheat free and other goodies are sold at Farmer's Market, directly through the CSA, Fine Acres in St Croix Falls, Just local Foods in Eau Claire and River Market in Stillwater. |
| We have made our own organic bread for nine years. Gathered around the bread table, we have learned to measure, to mix, to knead and to shape the bread. We needed no instructions to eat it! Our bakers are now very proficient and have a good understanding of the whole process enjoying the smell and satisfaction of fresh baked loaves. |
